Erica has been wanting me to build her a bike for some while. After a ton of searching I found a 1974 Schwinn Continental mixte frame for the project. Haven’t fully scoped out the build, but will be posting here once the plan is set and the build is underway.

Stem mounted shifters and porteur bars would be perfect on that.
Having really looked at it again I realize there is no derailleur hanger. Which nearly obligates you to use a Sturmey Archer 2-speed kickback hub.
indeed, that’s what i’m thinking as well. i ordered an american to euro bb adapter as well so i can use something besides one-piece cranks
